Generating B2B customers with multi-user contracts for Kabel Deutschland

In September 2014, Ranger joined Kabel Deutschland as a partner for selling multi-user contracts to small and medium-sized enterprises. The primary objective is to generate new business and to service existing customers, large housing associations and property developers. Ranger built a sales force consisting of fourteen account managers who generate more than 1,100 direct customer contacts per month. Ranger recruits employees in the specified regions and assigns them as a team to Kabel Deutschland.

A multi-day training programme forms the basis for conveying knowledge about the products and the CAM system operated by Kabel Deutschland. On-site coaching and the introduction of incentives and target agreements based on KPI's are the measures implemented to achieve the ambitious Kabel Deutschland sales targets. Daily output is compiled in the Kabel Deutschland sales and compared with the defined sales potentials for each regional account manager.

The success of Kabel Deutschland has resulted in a massive expansion of our sales project.
