As a schoolboy, Özcan wanted to make sure he would never have money problems. He grew up with six brothers and sisters. His father was a factory worker and his mother a housewife. The family was by no means wealthy. Özcan studied computer science and took a job as a sales representative. He had two major goals in life: "I wanted to be really successful and earn a lot of money."
"At first, I wasn't sure if this job was the right one for my future. But I was soon convinced." Now, as a regional vice president, Florian is responsible for 130 employees in Dusseldorf, Cologne, Wuppertal, Hagen, Bonn, Leer and Monheim. At the young age of 36, Özcan has set his sights on becoming a full-fledged vice president. "Being assigned to an executive position is another big goal for me. I am just starting to build up the company's presence abroad."
