Ranger started marketing electricity and gas contracts for RWE in conventional door-to-door sales operations in 2009. The main focus is on acquiring new customers. Additional tasks handled by Ranger include operating RWE energy shops based on an integrated sales & service approach. Our rate of new customer acquisitions is especially high in direct sales.
For more than six years, Ranger has been preparing an optimal regional sales approach for RWE by constantly improving door-to-door sales processes. This includes territory management through the presentation of price advantages and competitive data, along with comprehensive training tools, on-site training, e-learning courses and Ranger TV media. More than 60 employees work face-to-face with customers daily to generate new business for RWE.
